Today, the new "Go Digital" program was introduced. This program represents a joint effort by the European Union (EU) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) aimed at providing strong support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, encouraging them to invest in digital transformation.

Three Pillars of Activities: The Go Digital program is based on three key pillars of activity, designed to enable SMEs to successfully implement digital technologies and enhance their operations:

  1. Investments in Digitalization: This pillar supports SMEs in investing in the digitalization of their operations. The goal is to increase productivity, operational efficiency, and resilience to market changes.
  2. Productivity Support: The program provides support for other investments that will improve the overall productivity of SMEs, creating a strong foundation for further growth.
  3. Strengthening Resilience: Through the third pillar, SMEs will receive support to increase their resilience to economic challenges by utilizing digital tools and strategies.
